Am i right in thinking that when its clear and can stretch quite abit you are OVing? sorry to sound dumb.
Im on CD12 now, would that be too early to OV?
My cycles before i got PG last time were 28 days one month and 32 the next.

Yes it does sound like egg white.

Do you check cp position? that will give you a big clue too, if its high or even medium, open and wet you could be yes.

Make sure you bd just incase though!!
