Clomid...Anyone use it?

Hi, I took my first pill of my first dose of clomid 50mg. What should I expect? Not sure how this will work...

Not sure as i've never used it. But the lady who sits next to me in work has twins as a result of it!! I'm sure someone with experience will answer. Good luck. Hope it gives you a nice BFP!
