Clearblue Plus frustration

Hello all,

I'm back after a bit of a break and kind of TTC.

I am on day 25 of an approx 28 day cycle and took a clearblue plus just now because it was all I had. I have had problems with these in the past...

Anyway, I have just tried posting a photo of my test. If this hasn't worked, can you please advise? I just tried photo bucket!I would really welcome opinion.

Trouble is, the line is very very thin. However, it came up almost immediately.

Arrrrggghhh!! I hope it is not going to give me false hopes

Hope this is your BFP. I've heard they're a bit notorious for evaporation lines but if it came up straight away that's got to be a good sign! Fx hun! Xx

Looks like a positive to me hun! I did one of these and it came up exact same so I was unsure but did 2 other cheaper tests and they both came back positive. The doc confirmed it shortly after. I would definately take that as a positive congratulations xxx

How annoying! I took a digital this morning and it was negative. Feel very deflated. Is there still a chance? I'm still 2 days off AF due date... Xx

Hi there I've been told the digis are less sensitive but are better from day af due? Can u get a frer or even an Asda or Tesco early test? Good luck xd

If you are still not past your due date then you may still be testing too early hun, i would wait a couple of days and try again personally x

Try frer hun, if the line come up straight away on ur first one it looks very promising good luck

Hey all, I did a First response using the FMU I had saved up in a spice jar haha

Negative!!!!


Seems that damn clear blue may have got my hopes up. They should not be allowed to sell them if they come up with such convincing false positives

Never use these cb tests, they give hideous evaps and should be recalled IMO x

I will be complaining. If False positive it means false hope and lots o money spent on further tests!!

I had exactly the same on the CB tests, I was hopeful then AF arrived 3 days after, fx for you though
