Clear blue

I'm going to use my clear blue ov sticks tomorrow (the ones with the face) can I use these with fmu? I can't find my booklet or box. Thanks ladies x

The digital ones? I use them with FMU - that's what it says to do. I have also used them at other times in the day but it say to use after not weeing for 4 hours - that's a challenge during the day!!
