Hi,

I'm Using the electric steriliser i used for my ds and ive washed it all but wondered if there's any ideas to completely freshen it up?

I have the electric steriliser. I only just cleaned mine today. If you are using citric acid, then the instructions say to turn the steriliser on, but if you are cleaning with water and vinegar (which is how I clean mine) 100 mls of vinegar and 200mls of water, you don't turn the machine on. Just let in sit until it is clean. If it has a lot of build up, you may need to do this a couple of times.

I use citric acid, it comes in sachet and you just empty one into the steriliser, switch it on then rinse it out, it works too! :)

You can buy descaling sachets too to get rid of any lime scale

Silly question but can I just get that in the supermarket?where do I look?!

You can get the sachets from boots for a couple quid...

I found them cheap on Amazon, I got about 20 for a few quid :)

boots have 6 sahets for 2 pound something x
