Chilli Con Carne!

We're having chilli Con Carne for dinner tonight..can Ella have that? There will be dry-fried mince, onions and mushrooms, chopped tomatoes and kidney beans in it. I won't put chilli or stock in it like I do for mine and OH's. Also some rice aswell. Will that be okay for her to eat?

yep.. teds had spag bol the other day.. mince onions mushrooms frozen veg pasta and tomatoes all blitzed up..

put a pan of rice on and blend that to.. freeze the left overs..
