Child Tax Credit/Working Tax Credit question

Hi

I know there's been threads on this before, just wondering if you can tell me if I understand the CTC and WTC?

To get Child Tax Credit your joint household income has to be less than £52,000 a year
To get Working Tax Credit your joint household income has to be less than £15,000 a year?

And they will only back date it 3 months?
