charmed where are you? im sure your going away soon too is it this weekend? xxxxxx

anyone else really looking forward to maternity leave lol or is it just me as im feeling so rotten today  i normally work right up till about 35 weeks when im pregnant so i can have longer off afterwards but this time i wont be able to so il be working up till 25 weeks then taking 4 weeks hols then starting maternity leave at 29 weeks xxxxxxxxx

We are off to cornwall for a week. We have rented a cottage right on the beach and our dog is coming too! :cheer:

To be honest, the main reason we are going away is that I am finding it very hard telling all these porkies to people about why I am not drinking/am so tired/eating strange food/being sick and it is getting harder and harder to hide my bump! This way, when I get back from the holiday I will be 12 weeks and can tell everyone then

Rach - it is good that you can stop work at 25 weeks - I should think you will need a good rest by then...re-charge your batteries before the little ones arrive!

awww sally a cottage on the beach sounds wonderful :D hope you have a really relaxing time and like you said when you come back it will be time to tell everyone so no more hiding or worrying someone will find out xxxxxxxxx

Rach, i hope you dont get SPD worse this time with the twins!!
And sorry your sick

OMG Candy!! Im so excited for you!! :D:D:D:D
I want LOADS of pics lol! i cant wait till I get married!! LOL In 17 months :cheer: lmao! Next October!

Sally have a great time away! Goodness know I need a break lol! This time last year I was packing to go to Rome! It was beautiful there and I NEED to go back :( Just dont want to fly!

Morning all, how are we, woke up with one very sore nip today, only one, had a few stretching pains but i cant complain. Hopes gonna her nanas tonight thoughn so when she goes im off to bed me thinks if i cant get there before had, shes been drawing some pics for me bless her, wish sometimes shed just sit for 10 mins and chill out with mummy thoguh

Lea - Isnt Rome the most amazing place!? I went last year and fell in love with it! If I were loaded I would buy an apartment there and jet over for weekends!

Mel& bean - sorry you are not too good today. Isnt it strange how we can feel Ok one day and then awful the next? It is hard work being pregnant!!!

Oh Sally that is exactly the same as me! I have seriously considered moving over to Italy so easier to pop there! I would LOVE an apartment in Rome! With all its crazy drivers and all hahaha

Mel I have just one sore nip too?

Morning ladies

Flossy I'm so jealous! We've said we'll get married one day but I'm still waiting for a ring on my finger... You must be so excited! Do you have any last minute things to run around doing or is it pretty much sorted now?

Sally the cottage sounds fab I bet you have a lovely time. Make sure you get a postcard or souvenir to remember your baby's 'first' holiday!

Rach sorry you're getting double the sickness, I really hope you don't get double the SPD! How are you managing with DS? My back is starting to really hurt from picking DS up all the time but how do you explain to a 14 month old why mummy can't pick him up?

Mel how bizarre only one nip is sore! It's great that the symptoms are increasing though, that's such a good sign!

I'm trying to work out what the weather's going to be doing today to see if I can take DS for a run in the park. I might take him even if it rains, we need to get rid of some energy! I've got loads of washing to do today and I've got to finish planning my swimming lessons for tomorrow.

But I'll probably just sit on here for a little while...

well girls work was as boring as ever :bored: but home now and looking forward to a nice chinese take away as its friday :D plus i have some lovely british strawberries in the fridge and some cream yum yum yum
other than that im going to curl up on sofa with o/h and watch a film hope you all have a lovely evening xxxxxxxxxx

Well I did it! Today I made my first maternity purchases for this pregnancy. I bought some black combat style trousers which will do for summer and hopefully into autumn, and I gave in and went for a bra fitting. So far I've been making do with the bras I had from last time but I knew they weren't big enough as I was getting sore by the end of the day. I've gone from a 32D to a 36DD so not as big in the cup as I thought but a big leap in the back!

Ah well at least I have some clothes I can be comfortable in although I felt like a fraud buying maternity trousers

Hia

Just to say bye bye for a week  Hope you all have a lovely week.

Good luck to anyone having a scan and to those who are feeling sick, I hope you are feeling better by the time I return!
