chances of getting pregnant with no bleeding?

Okay so i have finally been referred to a gyny with suspected endo, and am currently not having any period at all (haven't done for a couple months) does anyone know what the chances are of conceiving without periods? i know it's unlikely but just wondering if i should give up all hope until it's sorted?

I think it's possible to get pregnant but i don't know if it will be viable because the uterus lining will either be really thin or really old or both.

I think MissJ got pregnant once and she hadn't bled for a long time but sadly it didn't last
