CB dual hormone digi and working out dates

Hi ladies

I use the CB dual hormone digi ov kit. I have used it for some time with some success although I miscarried recently. When you are working out DPO do you go from the date of the peak reading or start a day or two later? don't want to test too early and be disappointed or get an inaccurate result so trying to work out best time going off of ov kit xxxxxxx

I would say 1 dpo = 1 after peek reading x

I get my peak reading the day before I ov (well I get pains day after peak so im guessing. I dont temp). So I count 1dpo as 2nd day after getting peak.
