So I know this month is likely to be annovultory as last month I was on clomid. I got positive on CD16&17 last month on the CB digis (dual hormone ones), the CBFM and the cheapies. I also had several days of highs on both and they matched every day.

However this cycle I started testing with the Moniter on CD
10 and the digis on CD13. I havent taken clmoid this cycle but decided I would give soya isos a tey again CD2-6. The moniter is still saying low but the digi is now saying high? And cheapies ate still neg. Just wondering what your opinions are and which one I should go by?

Obviously its more than likely I wont O this month as its not a clomid cycle but im jist wondering your opinions ladies?

Tia xx

I wonder if the clomid has sent your hormones skew-wiff and you’re confusing the sticks?! I’d go on a majority personally, if two of them are negative I’d say perhaps not yet

Last month I had a strong pos on cheapies and only high on CBs. I don't trust CBs anymore. Usually the CB are pos a day before the cheapies. If you have a high on CB digi I would go with that as they are more sensitive.

Thanks girls.

I don't ovulate on my own so i know chances are that I wont O. But decided to try the soyas again on the off chance it helps. I've also been taking metformin now for almost a year and inositol for two months so hopefully that is helping.

Yes sunflower, the CB digis were much more sensitive for me last month than the cheapes and they were obviously right as blood draw confirmed. They let me know muh sooner than cheapies and I way prefer them as apart from last month id never gotten a positive cheapie opk and i wouldn't say that was a tru pos for most people. But got peak on he CB digis and monitor so definitely more sensitive.

As for the moniter maybe as you suggested Akua its probably confused as surely i would have had higher levels of hormones last cycle on clomid and its maybe using that as a baseline to figure if/when I O? So its probably playing catch up as it thinks my levels should be higher in order to give me a 'high' reading prehaps?

God that sounds confusing reading that back lol.

Also ive got an aching left ovary so something is going on there lol. I javent had the sharp O pain I had last month yet though but then I didnt get that untill the early hours of CD16 last month which was the day of my first peak, and im onpy CD14 today xx

Aching usually means they are getting ready to ovulate in my experience...good sign. x

Well looks like the CB digis are more sensitive than the CBFM. The moniter must have been playing catch up as I had a high reading on it this morning. Hopefully this turns into a peak which means the soya isos are working.

Fingers crossed x

Awesome...I think soya can be good for boosting your estrogen. I would dtd now just in case.

I tried it before but it didn't do anytbing for me. But now that I've been on metformin for a while and I O'd last month prehaps my bodys responding better to things.

Weve been dtd every 2/3 days but OH is in the middle of 3 back to back 16 hour shifts  typical! So I wil endeavour to try but probably wont be successful as he usually falls straught to sleep when he gets on from work. If I do get a pos opk today though then hopefully we can fit in a quicky in the morning before ge goes again (sorry tmi).

Hopefully I peak before next weekend because then hes on days and im on nights ans our shift times overlap so we dont see eachother at all for 3 days.

I hate shift work its so inconvenient.

Fx for a peak soon!

Needed a brake from clomid so hopefully these soya isoflavones are doing the job, thwy are supposed to be 'natures clomid'
