Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

I Suffer severe nerve weakness in my arm and a constant ache while sleeping, have read up about it and about 50% of pregnant woman suffer CTS, it's become a constant pain throughout the day and night (as if there isn't enough bothering my sleep) and aches from my thumb right up to my shoulder.

Does anyone else suffer this and have they found anything other than splint and wrist support bands helped them?.... There's nothing worse than a constant pain in the nerve!! lol. x
