Car seat head support recommendations?

Hi,

Thought this might be the best forum as the Mum's are likely to know!

I'm going to buy a car seat head support in hope of stopping baby's head flopping forward too much - there seem to loads to choose from, so can anyone recommend one?

A newborn seat - I think - should be rear facing and so the baby is reclined and her head shouldn't flop forward. Our car seat came with something like this

which keeps them secure and snuggly.
