cant get into my user cp!!

jesus i just shat a whole frigging quarry of bricks!!!!! i thought i'd been banned or something anyway, i cant get into my user cp, it keeps asking me to log in! but then i do, and it says the same, but i can click elsewhere and i'm logged in

it asked me to log in again this morning, then said welcome, then said log in again! but then i just clicked on something and i was logged in! do i need to clear somethiing??

I would clear you cookies and cache, just to make sure. I reckon that will fix it

is the cache the same as the browsing history?
