..it's 2 years today since I stopped smoking!!!!!

I used to smoke about 10 a day for about 14 years, and really enjoyed it, I never thought I would be able to stop. But when DH and I decided to start trying for Emma I just stopped. It wasn't easy by any stretch but I did it and I have never looked back. The thought of smoking now is just horrible.

So if I can do it... believe me, anyone can!

I still keep my silkquit meter going and these are my stats:

Smober time: 2 years, 3 hours
Money saved: £1949.44
Cigarettes not smoked: 7301
Life saved: 3 weeks, 4 days, 8 hours

I feel very proud aswell. I havent smoked for 1 1/2 years. I was a 20 a day smoker for 16 years

Im so glad I have now arent you. Im better off, healthier and not smelly !!!
