Cannot stop worrying!

I've got a 6 week scan tomorrow morning to check that everything is ok due to a previous ectopic at 7 weeks in June 08.
I found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago & started bleeding for 9 days & was told by the hospital that I had a miscarriage
I did another pregnancy test a couple of days later which was positive so the hospital then did blood tests & my hormone levels doubled over 48 hours. The Doctor at the hospital then said that he suspects that I had embedding bleeding for 9 days.
I just can't stop thinking that when we go for the scan tomorrow that there is going to be nothing there or that it is in the wrong place again
I felt really tired a couple of weeks ago, haven't really felt sick but have the most painful boobs ever!
Just not sure if I feel fine & that I am imagining feeling slightly different apart from the sore boobs as they are definitely there
I know that no one will know until tomorrow what is actaully going on but I just cannot stop worrying.

i didnt feel sick up untill about 7 weeks but prior to that all i'd had was tiredness and sore boobs which is why it took me ages to do a test and even then i wasnt convinced there was acutally anything there
