I was sick this morning (yes, I'm still being sick sometimes!) and while I was being sick, I weed a little bit! I'd only just got dressed, so had to clean myself up, and then change my knickers and jeans! So shameful!!! Looks like I nee to start my pelvic floor exercises! Xxx
