can streaching pains hurt???

And I mean really hurt? I keep getting a really sharp pain, that starts under my bump and spreads up to about my hip, mostly on the right side, but occasionally on both. It feels like the sort of stabbing/twisting feeling you get with a bad leg cramp. I,ve spoken to a midwife, who doesn't know what it could be, I,ve had my urine checked and there's no sign of infection. Any ideas what it could be? I can,t stop worrying about it, coz most of the time I can't stand up coz it hurts so much and lasts a good 5 minutes or so.

Did not want to read and run hunny I went to doctors the other day for a sharp pain I keep getting and doctor said it could just be that your belly and baby are getting bigger xx

ive ben getting hip pain on the right recently, im poutting it down to baby being in an odd position maybe x
