can food poisoning affect cycle/conception?

I know this sounds like a stupid thing to ask, but last weekend i had 3 days of horrendous food poisoning from a cooked chicken bought from a supermarket where every little helps...
(never buy cooked chickens, and never will again..)
was soooooooo ill and wondering whether this could have affected my cycle, or conception....
i know the two are not related, but thinking that maybe all the chucking up, high temperature etc cant have done me much good... except the dress size i lost in 3 days!!

WSS - If it lasted more than three days and you were getting dehydrated, that isn't ideal for anything. But no, shouldn't be an issue.
