I don't smoke or drink. I don't drink even on parties or birthdays. Basically never.

I enjoy a glass of juice or a bucket of sparkling water on a night out.

But!!! I do drink lots of coffee. Id say 5 cups a day. I know its a lot.

Now Im just wondering: Can coffee affect getting pregnant?

I would (and did) switch to decaff personally. It certainly isn't recommended for men, I'm not sure about women. But if something is easy to cut out/switch and could possibly benefit you, then go for it

I am coffee addict. Can't get through the without it. My OH drinks loads too

I will try and cut down to 4 cups a day.

Willing to try anything. :) x

I've switched to decaf and hubby has followed suit.

I have read however that caffeine can help give sperm a bit of a boost and help them to be more active. Don't know the truth this though obviously.

I only switched to decaf after I got pregnant the first time though, just stayed on it since my mc.

I do still have the odd cup of caffeinated coffee but have decaf at home.

It's advised to cut down on caffeine when pregnant so it wouldn't be a bad idea to switch while ttc as you'll have to eventually anyway.
