Im eating normally so I reckon anything between 1400-2000 cals a day. Im trying to be aware, that Im getting milk red meat and lots of fruit and veggies! Not to mention the odd takeaway and choc bar xxx
In the first two trimesters we don't need extra caloires as such but we should be eating the recommended 2000 a day for women.
In tri 3 I think we need a few hundred extra calories per day?
Personally I know I am probably eating a bit too much (I blame my Kettle Chip craving that I really must tackle!!) but my weight and BMI are still fine and bub is coming along nicely
