I read that you are meant to eat 200 more calories a day than you would usually. I dont count calories, but have just been eating pretty much as I usually do, some days more than others....
How important is it to eat that extra 200 calories, am worried I am not eating as well as I should be?!!! Are you eating more, less or the same as before you became pregnant? xx

I know I'm not eating that. I'm having severe food aversions just now and I'm probably just eating enough for one! Not sure how important those extra calories are, I'm seeing my midwife tomorrow so I'm going to check with him about my eating. But I think if what you are eating is healthy and nutritious then there hopefully shouldn't be a problem? xx

I wouldn't worry, it's only the same as a peice of toast and spread really. As long as you eat when your hungry and eat a well balanced all round nutritious type of diet, yourll be fine

I think I read somewhere you're meant to eat another 200 per day by the end of tri3... But I could really be mixing my numbers up there, memory isn't what it used to be! xx
