Caffeine free energy drinks?

Does anyone know any energy drinks that are caffeine free for during labour?

I assume the big ones like Red Bull and Monster are a no go, but are Lucozade and Powerade safe?

Yep they advise any Isotonic drinks in labour !!

Red bull do a caffine free version but don't know if its got anything else in it that we are not allowed xx

the midwife reccomended lucozade to me in my first trimester as i was so ill so i would say it is safe. i am going to pack a couple of bottles in my hospital bag......though I would love to stash some redbull in there too lol

I think Lucozade is a very good idea. I think it's something beginning with T in red bull that's not allowed so I'd stay away.
