C section scar bleed?

Hi guys im almost 7 weeks since section. Got out bath today and a small 3mm bit of scar has started to bleed?! What do I do? Ive dried it and stuck a plaster on it for now. Do I just leave it or do I need to see someone . Its very small but red blood x

I had this after 4 weeks from my reversal op in nov a little hole just kept reopening like it needed another stitch! I soaked the front of my trousers with blood one day without realising from such a small hole!

i brought steristrips from boots in the end and stuck it up and that gave it that extra help while healing, without me accidentally pulling it open by moving . And i stopped worrying about it.
