My first real weekend of knowing and avoiding drinking and I get busted straight away. Thought I'd been so clever as it was a really big celebration weekend and I managed to offer my services helping behind the bar which got me out of needing to be seen visibly to drink and just walked round with a drink in my hand every now and then and once of my friends has pulled me up on it!!! 
Do I tell her or not. I'm actually at her son's bday party this weekend, any excuse for an adults party, where I know she's expecting me to drink with her. I'm only 5 weeks ish so didn't really want to tell but what possible excuse can I use?
