buggy boards?

when abouts would you start using one? my bloody double buggy's packed in gona see if i can somehow fix it, but seeing as its the second time in a week, i'm not holding out much hope! Ks physio said yesterday now she's stading up she should be ok with a buggy board, but i'm just worried she cant stand up long enough! she loves pushing the single pram along, but it takes us about a year to get anywhere god the thought of having to buy a new double is horiffic!

I would have thought she would love a buggy board, I wouldn't have coped without mine, ( had a double buggy and then a buggy board for my older one).

The only thing you need to watch is avoiding tired times, when she would normally fall asleep, eg way back from afternoon todler group etc, as they still manage to fall asleep standing up, then you get a problem carrying her back, or swapping her into the pushchair for the lighter child!
