Bringing up water

Isla has been bringing up watery liquid today - about an hour after feeding.
This is then followed by a bout of hiccups. She used to have hiccups alot but hasn't had them for ages.

What's it all about!?

My son also does that..he is now 6 months..I checked with GP and she said its normal
