Sorry to be so crude ladies but how does it work?

I assume that my boobs would leak if we dtd? So would I wear a bra and breast pads??

I've been lucky in that I have no tears / sticthes etc and bleeding has all but stopped so some intimate time could be on the cards pretty soon but I just can't work out what you do with the boobs??

I have dtd a few times and never had a problem with leakage but I have never had mega full breasts as baby always fed and sleeping prior to any intimacy. Just so you know if your using expressing/ bf as contraception it's effectiveness is reduced if longer than six hours between feeds/pumps, for future reference as you prob feeding three hourly in early days

I leak regardless of when I last fed so I bought myself a few nice bras that fit (as opposed to my nursing bra's) and use nursing pads. It's not ideal but the fact that I feel a bit nicer about myself in a pretty bra does help.

I just wore a bra and sown pads. But I never really leaked and my oh was ahem careful to only caress my boobs without suckling on them lol

Btw Carnat. I was told that I have to wait at least 4 weeks regardless of when the bleeding stops to give time to the cervix to properly heal.

We had very little sex during pregnancy so I am looking forward to - eventually - being intimate with OH again. No sleep and currently being hooked up to a breastpump make me feel a million miles away from wanting to dtd though

We don't dtd, haven't since baby was conceived in January so it's kinda irrelevant to me.
Anyway, my boobs are so sore all the time, I couldn't bear anyone touching them, especially the nipple, I'd have no chance! x

Some women find milk only gushes when have an orgasm coz of the oxytocin but its all natural.

Have a muslin close by or dare I say it...some men like breast milk LOL

Carnat we were the same didnt dtd during pregnancy well not from about 20-22 weeks onwards (OH not wanting to hurt me or the baby I was gutted and felt a tad lonely and unloved)

we didn wait till 6 week check mw sed if i felt ok then go for it obviously using contraception first time was a bit of an escapade as i was scared aboiut it affecting my stitches etc but have never looked back and now that Elise is in her own room its a bit easier she also having a sleepover saturday night so I wonder what me and OH will do......oh yeh SLEEP more than likely haha xxxxx

I leaked massively for months so would always sleep with bra and breastpads on and would have hit the roof if hubby had touched my boobs anyway! But tbh there wasn't much lovin going on for a loooong time after LO was born so wasn't really an issue! You could always take the stuff off to dtd and put on again after if you felt less sexy in it x

I was desperate to dtd when hubby comes home....but the thought now? Hell noooooo. Not with my stitches and no sleep.

I would imagine a bra and breast pads would be the thing to do, or leak all over him! Attractive.
