I had an enlargment on the NHS Jenna, and it took me 4 years to get the op from the first doctors visit. I just wanted to say that having small boobs can be just as hard as having large ones, and I didn't do it purely for vanity purposes.
I was a 34AA on a very good day when I sat upright, and because of this I stooped constantly as I thought it hid the fact that I was flat-chested. I now have badly rounded shoulders, and suffered a lot with my left shoulder a few years ago (I had to have weekly physio for it). I could never get clothes to fit, I was a size 10/12 bottom and 6 top, so dresses were completely out of the question. I wouldn't even let my ex-husband see me naked - I used to undress with the lights off and if his hand ever went near one of my boobs during sex, I would storm out of the room. I tried wearing padded bra's but they all gaped. It was hell to be honest.
Anyway, I went to the gp, she referred me to the surgeon. That was awful as I had to sit there on a bed topless while 2 doctors examined me. Then I had to go to another room and stand there and have photos taken (I also had a phobia about photos!). Then I had to wait ages again before being referrred to a phsychiatrist (sp?). Then once he approved it, I had to wait another 18 months before I could have the op.
Once I had the op, I had about 2 weeks recovery (it is longer with a reduction though), and it changed my life. I am a more confident 34B/C (34EE at the minute though!), happier, can buy clothes and bras that fit, and love them! They definitely do not look natural without a bra as they are very round, but with a bra on, no-one can tell they are implants.
If you are really serious about this, get to your GP sooner rather than later, and don't mention the fact that you are ttc. And good luck hun.
