Well I am 25 weeks tomorrow and have been leaking for about 7 weeks but last 2 weeks have been crazy I have got to the point where a half hour train journey turned into soaking through breast pads bra and T-shirt :( doesn't bother me just seems like a waste and I remember at my first anti natal appointment midwife told me that I could freeze breast milk before baby arrived, now I have heard that expressing can bring on labour and also heard it's ok to do before baby is born! :/ but i won't be taking any risks but another midwife told me about things you can get to go in your bra to catch the milk that comes from you naturally and then i could freeze that anybody know where or if I would be able to get hold of these? As I wouldn't start freezing until I was a little further along but as baby has to come at 36 weeks I want to be able to give her the best start so if her or I don't take to breastfeeding at least I will know that I have a few bottles of breast to give her the best start I can! X

I'm not sure there's much point as it's not 'real' breastmilk at this point? They only need colostrum for the first few days, and you're likely to produce enough within those first few days so I don't think freezing anything now will be of any use.
I have heard about it being going to bring on labour though, but might just be another old wives' tale xx

I would leave boobies alone. It's only colostrum atm, breast milk shouldn't come in until after birth.

xxxx
