Sorry not very relevant to TTC....
One of my new years resolutions was to ensure I start eating breakfast. Apparently it's supposed to be the most important meal of the day. Normally I would rather have the extra 15 minutes in bed instead
I'm now into month 2 of breakfast and I'm already bored with cereal, I don't really like milk on food. Some days I can leave for work at 5am to drive to a customer so struggle to find a healthy breakfast on the way..........easy to find McDonalds, BP sandwiches etc........so end up just eating a banana or nothing again.
What do you have for breakfast? Got any good suggestions on what I could eat on the way?
