Hello,

We have just made the devastating decision that our relationship has come to an end. Nearly 12 years and a LO that needs to be our main priority. I don't cope with stuff like this very well. We have previously had a 10 month gap a few years ago prior to my Lo being born. Just would like some advice on how best to make sure my Lo is affected the least and that his mum doesn't turn into an emotional wreck. Thanks xx

Being emotional is ok
Its human to have and SHOW emotion
Dont feel you need to hide it from them
I think a set schedule will work best and both adopting the same routine x
