Braxton Hicks Already?

Is it normal to be having Braxton hicks already? I'm 26 weeks for gods sake. I nearly pooped my pants when it started Also, al i supposed to be in 2nd or 3rd tri now, i think this is a bit of a limbo period lol xx

It says in my pregnancy book that it is normal to have them from 20 weeks.. As long as there is no pain along with them.. As for dates I think it depends where you are going by I see different things on different sites, but you are at that inbetweeny bit xx

Keep an eye on them, if you are getting regular tightenings it might be worth a chat with the old MW - I remember having regular tightenings although it was at 34 weeks,. thinking it was BH's but it turned out to be a UTI putting me into pre term labour. Not a good time. Hope I havent given you the sh*ts reading this Toonlass but I just wanted to tell you - even though Ive prob written about it a hundred times before on here, lol - Yours are probably perfectly normal BHs though love.

I'm already a bad of nerves chick coz i have had terrible trush for over 20 weeks now and its just getting worse no matter what i try. I read somewhere that thrush can cause pre term labour so every twinge i get, i panic. i want him to stay where he is for another 10 weeks at least!! xx

Can't they give you anything for the thrush? you poor thing, that would send me loopy - what about homeopathy? That is safe in pregnancy; it might be worth a try? Oh! I want to find a cure for you now!

TL i had SEVERE thrush too. i mean it got so bad i got like boils and sores down there and couldnt sit. i was prescribed canesten duo. when i went to chemist she wouldnt give me the 2% cream only the 1% and it didnt work . doctor represcribed me it took 3 doses of canesten duo one after the other... he did not want me to have in in 3rd tri. its now gone and i dont ever want it back again lol xx

I've had the canisten pessary and cream about 6 times, i've tried yoghurt, cranberry juice, going commando(lol), I even shaved all me pubes off nothing will shift it, i feel like clawing my whole moofy off !! xx
