boys names

Its seems girls names are so easy to chose but boys names seem much more difficult. Has anyone thought of any? i like old fashioned names like sidney etc

We r struggling with boys names. I wanna find out what sex baby is cos if it's a boy I have to start makin an effort to find a boys name! We have found a few we like, then the next week they r crossed off the list!

I have already changed the boys name on my sig a few times!

Toby is cute! i really like elliott but i don't think i would like it if it got shortened to Ell! haha
Harry is cute too but maybe its getting too common now?

We liked Spencer, Lenny and Albert but gone off them all now! Toby is our decision for now, but def gonna have 2 find out what baby is so I can stop stressing about findin a name!

Weirdly we have found the boys names easy, but can't decide on girls names!! Still got lots of time though for boys, we like charlie best. we started off by liking Harry, but like you said Rosey, i think its a bit common now. We also like Billy but wouldn't want it to be shortened to Bill! x x x

i love riley as a first name, but it was the name of one of dh's ex's kids, so we cant have that.
i love fraser but it is the name of DH's mates boy

DH is bein very awkward, but he wants a boy and cant think of any sensible names! he likes wilson, i dont (if any of you saw friday night dinner you will understand why!!!)

I have loads of boys name but atm we have setled on jackson valentino gregory or elle valentine gregory. Valentine/o after DH favourite motogp rider valentino rossi, I also like him n think its a vool unique combination x

We kinda decided on our Boy's name tonight - It's gonna be Alistair Matthew Maclean (know as Matthew/Matt).

Alistair is OH's first name, although he uses middle name Scott, as well as his dads name. and I fell in love with Matthew recently - although it also happens to by my g/fathers name.


It's a girls name thats causing a problem for us. I've known since i was 6 that my daughter's first name would be Elizabeth (family thing) - but she'd prob use her middle name - and we cant remotely agree on that. OH like tradtional/family names - has suggested Ann - which I think is dated - but he doesnt want somthing "weird" - his phrase. lol
