Just curious, ive been on the website, and i understand what it is.. but.. who are they? where do they get their money from in order to supply bounty packs.. Is it a government run thing? Couldnt find a wiki page on them..
Im just nosy.. lol

Bounty pack are really just filled with samples from different companies. You get ur new baby one in the hospital - then you get a weaning one at 6 months.

They make their money from advertising - companies pay to have their samples in the packs (great advertising) and to have banners and ads on their website and forums etc.

Oooh thanks Chopsie.. =).. I could not find that page to save my life.. Im just so interested in stuff like that.. its a good way of getting money for a good cause.. and i guess a lot of companies would like to be included in the bounty pack too.. really good cause..

I don't know what cause it is supporting to be honest, except maybe Bounty themselves!

First time mum pack is usually great, with lots of useful samples, a few full size items and shedloads of leaflets, usually for the book scam companies and some highly expensive photographer (same sort as falls out of all the pregnancy mags). Subsequent pregnancy packs get a few useful samples and the same shedload of bumph. Companies are paying Bounty to have their leaflets/products put in the pack which is how they can afford to produce them and give them away for free.

hehe.. yeah.. i think it is good.. im always up for free stuff.. and you can always recycle the random adverts n stuff.. hehe..

it is quite good giving advice to first time mams.. cos i literally do NOT have a clue what to do.. didnt even know there was stuff i cant eat.. lol.. oh well..

They're a limited company, so I think M&Ms is right, the only good cause they're making money for is themselves! Still, it's useful for us though!
