We have had the same recliner style bouncer since spud was 2 weeks old and she loves it, she sleeps in there during the day, and she likes sitting in there for her bottles etc.

What can we get to replace it when she outgrows it? I like the idea of having somewhere for her to be safe and strapped in but comfy enough for a daytime cat nap.

Hiya,

I posted similar when R got to heavy for his bouncer chair (at about 3 months cos he is a fatty, the legs were bending too much) I had some great recommendations and I bought this- http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fisher-Price-Link-Infant-Toddler-Rocker/sim/B000E5Q3OI/2

I've found it great, not as comfy as a bouncy chair but it has the straps so that LO is secure in the chair if you need to leave them for any amount of time.

I found that after 6 months Emms hated being contained in the chair and we got a high chair which has been great as you can put bab in it with some toys on the tray as well as using it at meal times. She is sitting very upright and can see all around. Obviously not for too long but good for a while.

I have a frame for one of my old prams that turns the seat into a rocking chair. Its called the mutsy sitter and its fab!! Our high chair reclines all the way back as well which is really usefull.
