Hi guys

I know that i would like to breastfeed (if possible) but would be bottle feeding too so OH and can help too.

I Have heard a lot of comments about tommee tippee and Avent mainly.

What bottles aer you using/used going to use??

Ill make a tally here so you can quick view what's most recommended. :D

Tommee Tippee: 3
Avent: 2
Dr Browns: 1
Nuk:1

we tried Dr Browns (blocked instantly, didnt let any breastmilk through - complete faff to clean)

Avent Airflow (didnt stop baby from chomping down and getting loads of milk quickly)

And - Tommee Tippee (Worked really well as long as the hole on the teat is always facing up, could pull bottle back if baby was getting milk too fast and seemed to act very much like a breast)

Jasper went straight back on the boob after all of this and was very comfortable :)

so out of the 3 you would say TT?

I found some really good ones called 'nuk' they're anti colic and great xxx

i used tommee tippee with bella and she wouldnt take to the breast again after 3 months as she got lazy and avent with zander and he took to the breast but had a faf! lol this time round i have 3 avent and one tommee tippee i think it depends on the baby but i have to say i prefure the avent specially as you can get wider neck teats at lower prices ie. asda and it costs allllllot less!! better in the long run when you need to go up a flow - i do like the tommee tippee for colic tho as the avent made my son very windy x but over all avent! x x

and omg!!! i hated dr brows they leaked everywhere when i used them took about an hour for 2oz and where a faf to clean never again lol can you put a -1 on dr browns for me hahahaha!

I'm Avent through and through  Easy to clean, easy to assemble, great flow, no blockages xx

dr brown for me.was using tommee tippee but changed due 2 colic. i find finley makes mess with these bottles and i dont have 2 bother putting him a bib on. didnt find anthing wrong with tommee tippee tho

I ask simular question a few weeks ago, and with all the answers i decided to get Tommee Tippee and see how we get on with these first off. They seemed the most popular with all the replies.

Def DR Brown. tommeee tippeee made her extra windy and she spilled it everywhere.

I'm gonna be using advent as that's what I found best when Lacey was a baby! Just hope they haven't changed in the last 4 years!!
