After I have expressed can I put the sterile teat on and hood and then fridge it, or do I need to cap it until feeding time?

Also if I go out what do I do about breast milk that's been frigid. Do I warm it before going out? How long can it stay out if fridge before it needs to be drunk.

Not sure about your other questions but breastmilk can be at room temp for 6 hrs.

I pop chilled milk into a cool bag, with an ice pack and it keeps it cold enough then take a flask of hot water to warm it up when needed.
I use the sterile bottle with teat and cap in the fridge, to store milk.
Hope that helps
