Went to see MW today and Ive got this lump that moves above my belly button which I cant work out what body part it is but I think it was a foot. If I put my hand there the lump moves underneath it so I give it a massage.

1st MW has a prod around and she's not sure so calls 2nd MW over who also isnt sure so they put the doppler on and prod around some more. Then they reach the consensus its his bum!

There's me giving nightly massages thinking it was his feet! He's got a skinny bony bum

Head is down but not engaged and he's facing inwards with his spine running down my front so not got DFS syndrome. She said he's perfectly alined in the centre and Ive got gaps on either side so room for him to get some chub

I have a lump exactly the same there too. I too rub it, and it moves around, and often moves across my tummy. I must have an ickle baba too. I knew baby was in the head down position and thought it was probably its bottom, and thought it was small also.

It's a BUM - I've got it too!! And it gets bigger as they grow!!!!

i too have lump right on my belly button and the midwife thinks its his knees!! i unfortunatly do have DFS syndrome unlike you and baby is back to back!! head is also down which is good.

its great that the midwife can give us all this information isn't it, i find it fascinating!!

my mwcouldn't tell the differencebetween her head and bum, and wouldn't listen to me when i wassaying she was head down, because of where i was getting all my kicks.

they ended up poppng the scanner onme to check, and guess who was right!!!

maybe all the bum rubbing is what is keeping o head down
