Blood Group A (D Negative) Worried....

After my fall on Saturday the midwife did a blood test to find out if any of LOs blood cells have crossed over to me as I am Rhesus Negative. Found out today that they did and I have to get the Anti D injection tomorrow.... Midwife sounded concerned on the phone and it's got me worrying... :/ Anyone here had this? Apparently it's rare but I don't see it...

Also wondering if the sudden feeling like death has anything to do with my body fighting off babies blood??

Advice would be awesome

I am blood group A & neg too, after J was born I had anti D injection too, I think it will be just a precautionary measure hunny try not to worry, speak to your midwife & ask her to explain properly what's happening, good luck xxx
