That is great news!! Hope you are managing to relax, it isn't easy though is it? I thought I would be able to do all the breathing I have been practicing, but even when I get a BH I find it hard not to tense up!

Anjali obviously wants to meet her mummy and daddy NOW! Hope you are not in too much pain! Amazing that you got to 2-3cm dilated without knowing it was true labour; your midwife was obviously right about your strong stomach muscles!
