I had my scan this morning & the first think we were told was "baby is ok".
After doing all the measurements & checking my ovaries, fluid & any concerns regarding the bleeding, I was dated at 8+4 which is one day out by my reckoning, but close enough.
She the pointed out baby's head & a really clear heartbeat!
She could not see any reason for my bleeding & said at moment baby is fine & about 20mm long.
Such a relief to see & with just over 3 weeks to wait for my nuchal scan etc I feel much happier (although I am aware we're not out of the woods yet & things can still go wrong).
But I'm glad baby's heart was beating so strongly & is growing as it should be too!
