i went to toilet this moning and managed not to strain or anything but i wiped and their was blood a lot of it to i do have u know ..... from being pregnant with my other boys so maybe one split.

I would say it's probably internal piles & one has ruptured. It shouldn't be too painful as they seem to hurt more when they're external. As it's a vein basically that's ruptured it will seem like a lot of blood & it may continue to bleed for a while after & for a few more times when you go to the loo. If they become painful or troublesome you can buy Anusol over the counter - it's safe to use during pregnancy. You can't use the one with hydrocortisone in it, but the other cream & suppositories are safe to use hun.
