Hi everyone.

I don't like to post things like this normally because I know it's not always the most pleasant thing to read about, but I am struggling and confused and need some advice or help.

In February this year I had an early miscarriage at 5 weeks, but since April my periods have been a regular cycle of 30 days, until this month. I was supposed to get AF on Sunday 15th, but on Wednesday 11th I noticed some light bleeding and spotting, it was the same on Thursday - barely noticeable and really manageable, but Friday and Saturday the bleeding has become heavier and it has become more painful.
They tell us to trust our bodies and mine is telling me something isn't right. Normally I get a warning sign of when my period is about to start but I had no sign this month, I would normally feel nausea or get sore nipples or become really bloated, but I've had nothing! And until today I had no cramps, but now the cramps are really painful and it's really taken me by surprise.

I am now really concerned that something could be wrong with me, there are people in my life who have become pregnant and they don't even want to be, and then there's people like me and my husband who would give anything to have a baby and we're going through things like this.

Can anyone try and help me please? I just need a little advice. If the pain gets worse I will see my GP but I'm not one to go to the doctors every time something may be wrong with me, so I was hoping someone may have had a similar experience or may know something?

Hey, Sorry to hear about you MC :(
Erm a few months ago I was having issues with 14 day cycles due to hormonal imbalances. I cant tell you what stopped it happening because I didn't do anything different. But I know how much it sucks, Its hard enough not getting pregnant, but then your body messes up and you just feel like nothing is going right!
Honestly I always say trust your instincts and if you think they're is something wrong, ask your GP for advice.
The last time it happened to me, it turned out I was having a mc, But I didn't even know I was pregnant as Id had a 'regular' period 3 weeks before.
Could you take a test to rule that out?
Sorry Ive not been much help! womens bodies suck don't they! x
