Got a blocked duct last night. Luckily I noticed so was massaging during the night feeds. It's not too bad just annoying!! Waiting for Tyler to sleep so I can take it in the shower!

I had this and caught it on the brink of turning into mastitis! Started to feel shivery and cold, had about 6 layers on in bed and OH cuddling me and still felt cold! Massaged loads, put wheat bag on it, pumped loads in all sorts of strange positions to clear it, took paracetomol and nxt day i felt much better! Hope urs goes soon- not nice! X

It's gone! Had gone by about midday I am the master of getting rid of them apparently lol!

That was quick! U must b the master! I'm fine thanks hun, it was a while back now. Won't forget it tho, it was horrible! Went to bed thinking I'd b off to the dr in the morning but i must have cleared it just in time!
