bit of advice please

Hi,

I need help

The last day of my period was 1 January, which would mean my next period should have been 29 January. Well on 19 January i was spotting for a few days. I am now unsure when i should come on.

Should it be the 29th and i am late or do i count 28 days after the 19th (although this was only spotting).

At the minute i have quite bad backache, indegestion and when i lay down i feel sick. The only other thing i have noticed is that the bottom half of my stomach looks bloated.

What do you think - anyone been in this situation

Do you know for sure your cycles are 28days? As obviously everyone is different....also - are you counting from the first day of your period? - its just that you mentioned the last day so I wasnt sure..

You can get spotting in the middle of your cycle - some people get it when they ovulate.

They have been 28 days for a while now.

sorry yes the first day of my last period was 1 Jan

If you ovulated late then that would make your period late.
Things like stress and illness can cause that.

If you are worried then you could take a preg test
