Does anybody else practice this? I have just started. I got a special offer for £20 for twenty days-As many classes as you like! I think they are normally £10 a go. So far I have been to two, I have found them really tough but feel so so good afterwards. I'm hoping it will increase my flexibility & therefore reduce my risk of injury whilst training for a marathon I am running in October. Just wondered if anybody else does it and has any thoughts on it? :) xxx

I've seen this on TOWIE and it looked fab, I've never done it myself though. I'm currently doing circuit training but my ankles are so sore.. I think I may have to look into something like this to help my joints cope with the intense exercise they're not used to doing x

Oh I didn't know they had it on TOWIE! I think this would be good if (like me) you haven't done much yoga before as the advanced poses feel easier invthe heat. I think the heat (and oh my god is it hot!) really helps your joints, I definitely felt better on my run this morning. Am putting in serious mileage (for me anyway) training &not finding it as hard as I thought. Defo going to be interesting to see how much weight I've lost tomorrow at WW. I haven't been good at sticking to my points this week but I swear I might have lost a stone last night in sweat lol! :)

I keep hearing about Bikram Yoga but I think I'm definitely gonna go with DDP Yoga once we finally get somewhere to live. Can't right now, living between 2 places with no space and too busy. DDP Yoga doesn't have classes. Need the DVDs though!
