Does anybody else practice this? I have just started. I got a special offer for £20 for twenty days-As many classes as you like! I think they are normally £10 a go. So far I have been to two, I have found them really tough but feel so so good afterwards. I'm hoping it will increase my flexibility & therefore reduce my risk of injury whilst training for a marathon I am running in October. Just wondered if anybody else does it and has any thoughts on it?
