Best thing for a cold?

Hello girls me again hehe

Alisha has just started with a cold poor little thing.She is sneezing rustly and has a runny nose not to mention shes teething shes now five months old what is the best thing to help ease her?

I would say a little bit of calpol and plenty fluids if she will take them. Some say if you put her in bouncer into shower room when you have a shower the steam may also help open the airwAys etc? Worth a try. You can get saline drops which help break down the snot too if she is really bunged up. Hope she gets better soon xx

we have that but need a refill one for it shes abit better today not as bad as yesterday but still abit snotty

Calpol salene spray, it's fab. And prop the head of the cot up so she's not lying flat.

Sophia's had 3 already !!

Boots do a babies equivalent of vicks vapour rub which works a treat and is quite cheap
