Had a horrible nightmare that my mum had been murdered and her body was on a hill just behind us as the police told us. I could see her favourite cardiac getting blown about in the wind :'(
Couldn't get back to sleep and I know I won't till I speak to her.
Anyone else having really vivid dreams that they can't shake?

Yes but mine have been all about the baby having numerous deformities. It's a symptom of pregnancy unfortunately x

I've not had any baby dreams surprisingly. I looked up murder online and it made sense with some circumstances going on but I won't relax till I hear her voice xx

I'm having all kinds of problems sleeping at the moment. I seems o way win the middl eof awful dreams about work, oh, baby, assorts, mostly work, but far worse than it normally is and i can't find it so hard to get back to sleep afterwards. some times i can other times i can't! sometimes i'm on her at4/4.30 like you looking for distraction at silly o'clock in the morning!

Before I got pregnant I had really awful vivid dreams (nightmares more like) that bad I'd wake up sobbing in my sleep, a lot of it was down to stress in my personal life and just had to try and relax. Mr W was really worried about me to the point be suggested going to the docs and seeing if we could do something about it. I was like you and couldn't get back to sleep and they would play on my mind all day. In the end I had to tell myself it was a dream and not real.
Now I'm pregnant I have dreams about work! ergh!! I would rather not dream about work but hey :) They will pass eventually. x

I am waking up!!! all hrs driving me mad!!!! My legs wake me up mega restless really un comfy, im onky 6 wk +1 xx

Aimee lou maybe try bananas, think they have potassium which is good for restless legs syndrome? (Maybe worth googling...)

I normally have wacky dreams my whole life but the ones in pregnancy have been more nasty (keep waking up grinding my teeth!)

I had a horrid vivid dream that my brother died a few nights ago.... then at 3am this morning i took a preg test and it showed positive.... guess that makes a little sense now!

This was always one of my earliest signs that I was pregnant, It does stop or get better in a few weeks time, the dreams are always really random, strange and and like they are actually happening
