Been contracting all day! But hospital still say no :(

So I've been contracting all day but my contractions keep varying between 3/6 minutes!! The pain is awful and I can feel baby is lower but hospital still reluctant to have me in!! I know she's gunna be here soon and I can't help but feel if they examined me etc it might help things along!!
I'm so fed up and in so much pain!!

how can they say no if they haven't examined you?

could you call your midwife on call to see what they suggest, they could possibly visit you at home and check?

They like interrogate you over the phone and basically find reasons not to have you in! Our local midwives just divert calls to hospital over te weekends so I'm stuffed really! I can see where the hospital is coming from as my contractions aren't properly regular but they never were with my first either so annoying! X x

Just turn up at hospital and tell a white lie with your contractions if you really want to Go in - personally il avoid hospital as long as possible! They sound very inconsistent at the moment so you may just be in early slow labour or something ?
